Who we are

carbridge-uk ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected via this website.

What we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit an enquiry, lead, or reservation.
• Account details from Clerk if you sign in.
• Payment details processed by Stripe - we never store card numbers.
• Anonymised analytics from Vercel Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver vehicles you reserve.
• To send transactional emails (reservation confirmations, status updates).
• To improve the site (with your cookie consent).

Lawful basis

Contract performance (reservations, deliveries), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries), and consent (analytics, marketing emails).

Sharing

We use Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database & storage), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under contract.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, or object to processing. Contact privacy@carbridge.uk. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention

Enquiries: 24 months. Reservations and sales: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing: until you unsubscribe.
