1. Reservations

A reservation deposit secures the listed vehicle for 14 days subject to satisfactory inspection. Deposits are refundable if the vehicle materially differs from the listing description.

2. Vehicle condition

Imported vehicles are sold subject to UK type-approval and DVLA registration. We provide documented import history for every vehicle.

3. Pricing

Prices include UK VAT and DVLA first registration. Estimator outputs are indicative - final figures depend on HMRC valuation.

4. Finance

We are a credit broker, not a lender. Credit is subject to status. Final terms come from the lender.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
